Welcome to your perfect short-term stay! If you’re seeking a cozy and budget-friendly room that doesn’t compromise on comfort, look no further. Our space offers full amenities and laundry free, including a smart TV ready for your Netflix binge-watching sessions. Enjoy the convenience of easy transit with just a 10-minute ride to Dufferin Station which allows you easy access to local attractions. The street car parking and the Wi-Fi are free, pass codes used for all doors, separate entrance allow you to come and go anytime you want, no time limit. We’re here to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Quiet Hours:
To respect everyone’s peace and rest, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum during these times.
Children:
We have twin infants who are usually quiet, but if they happen to cry, please bear with us as we try to soothe them.
Street Noise:
Our house is located on a street with some traffic noise. We provide a sound machine in the room to help your sleep in case you are noise sensitive but please consider this before booking.
No bed sheet:
We are an Asian family, we only use mattress protector and blanket, therefore no bed sheet is provided by default (we make the bed with mattress protection, blanket and pillows). If you need a bed sheet or comforter, we have them in the supply cabinet (last row) for you, please serve yourself.

Check-in time is 6pm onward. Check-out time is 12pm SHARP (as we need time to prepare the room). The late check-out fee is $10 per hour. If you have urgent need, please contact me for more flexibility.
